Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in large commercial construction projects. With a strong reputation for quality work and on-time delivery, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of large commercial construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage large commercial construction projects from start to finish.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

  • Prepare and present project reports and updates.

  • Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement of materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

  • PMP certification is a plus.
